All children in Colorado can apply for up to 15 hours per week of tuition-free, high-quality preschool in their year before kindergarten through Colorado’s Universal Preschool program. See More Information in the UPK Guide for Families.
Eligibility
The child must be 4 years old on or before October 1, 2026 to be eligible for the 2026-27 school year.

2026-27 School Year Enrollment
